1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the FANONE app ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FANONE is an independent race calendar app that provides session schedules, countdown timers, weather data, push notifications, and home screen widgets for the F1 2026 season. FANONE is not affiliated with Formula 1, FIA, or Formula One Management.

3. Subscription & Billing

FANONE offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial, a paid subscription is required. Subscriptions are available as monthly or yearly plans. Payment is charged through your Apple ID account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings under Subscriptions.

4. Free Trial

The 7-day free trial provides full access to all features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically and you will be charged.

5. Accuracy of Data

Race schedules, session times, and weather data are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is correct or up to date. The FIA may change race schedules at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within the App are the property of FANONE — Dipl. Ing. Johann Szebeni. F1, Formula 1, and related trademarks are the property of Formula One Licensing BV.

7. Limitation of Liability

FANONE is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any missed sessions, incorrect data, or damages arising from the use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
