FANONE ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Data We Collect

No personal data is collected, stored, or shared. No account or registration is required. No tracking or analytics tools are used. No advertising SDKs are integrated. 3. Data Stored on Your Device

The following data is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to us: Your language and format preferences Notification settings and reminder times Dark mode preference Widget configuration 4. Weather Data

To display weather conditions at race tracks, the App makes requests to a third-party weather API. These requests contain only the geographic coordinates of the race track — no personal or device-identifying information is transmitted.

5. Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications, they are scheduled locally on your device using Apple's notification framework. No notification data is sent to our servers.

6. Subscription Data

Subscription purchases and billing are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or billing details.

7. Children's Privacy

FANONE does not knowingly collect any data from children under 13. Since we collect no personal data at all, the App is safe for users of all ages.

8. Third-Party Services

FANONE does not share any data with third parties. The only external connection is to the weather API as described above.

9. Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal data, there is nothing to request, correct, or delete. If you have questions, contact us anytime.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated effective date.
